The email I couldn't send for 10 days...

  • The cost was too high... the cost of staying stuck was higher

What changed?

It wasn’t a magic mindset hack.

It was:

  • A social event I almost skipped (where I met Sarah, a brilliant dietitian)
  • A trembling pitch for a partnership that’s now changing lives
  • Clients showing me why my voice matters
